Had an excellent experience with my recent endoscopy. From check-in to recovery, the staff was professional, kind, and efficient. The doctor explained everything clearly, putting me at ease, and the procedure was quick and smooth. Post-care was thorough, with all my questions answered. I am a new patient. Today was my first appointment. They got me back right on schedule, and Dr. came in right on time as I was finishing with preliminary questions with assistant and intern. Everyone totally professional. They took time with me, but no time wasted. I have had some issues in past 18 months, none recently, but I am completely confident in this practice for handling any issues I may have going forward, and recommend this practice to any and all searching for gastro help.

She was great, very thorough. Explained everything to my understanding. And her staff, the nurses, were awesome. Only thing, my appointment was at 12, had to be there at 11, but didn’t get into the colonoscopy room until 1. Next time, I’ll try to get an earlier appointment. But I would highly recommend her.

This was first time we got experience with Dr Moole and it quite pleasant one from the front office. End of the test she briefly went through with procedure which was about 40mints and my husband was very satisfied with the treatment he received.

From check-in, pre-op, procedure room to recovery to discharge, doctors and care team were attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. The anesthesia doctor and Dr Moole took time to explain all the steps involved with the procedure in very understandable terms. Dr. Moole’s follow up after the procedure was clear and detailed.
