I was very well assisted by Paola (Medical Assistant), all the nurses, and Dr. Moole, who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. Dr Sumana Moole office is giving me an unforgettable experience . It is with higher standards neat and clean , it leads you feel very safe to have my procedure or less worry about get my colonoscopy done . And the staffs are very well tainted
warmth welcome feel at home though I was about an late for my procedure. I am treated as more than a vip patient. because of back the prep procedure area , everyone of them not only with professional skills , knowledge and experience knowing what to do ,the mastering skills let me feel that those RNs but also doing above and beyond with their jobs . Six of them doing their jobs so efficiently, fluently along with the same appearance Smiling friendly .Dr Moole has set up the standards and lead by an example She came to talk with me about the procedure, asks me any concerns about it ,questions. And asking me tell me a few things about procedure she is going to do inside procedure room . Dr Moole came to my bed side explaining to me and my wife about whole thing and some key preventive advises . Very detail even my grandmother had not taught me what to wipe rightly .I have seen at least more than a dozen gastroenterologist so far Dr Sumana Moole is the one of the best . I will see her again and refer her to all the people I know . Thank you Dr Sumama Moole and everyone from Merus Gastroenterology.

After struggling with GI issues for well over 10 years, today was the first time I truly felt heard. From the moment I walked in, the doctor took the time to listen to my full history and didn’t treat me like just another patient with GI problems. For the first time in a long time, I felt like someone genuinely cared about getting to the root of what’s been going on and helping me create a real plan for my health.

Of course, next steps can feel a little scary and uncertain, but I left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful to have the opportunity to get a second opinion. That alone has given me a lot of peace. I’m hopeful and looking forward to building a strong, trusting patient-doctor relationship moving forward.

Everyone of the staff was so pleasant and friendly. Really made a difference for a nervous patient. I saw the doctor before and after the procedure which was reassuring . The facility for the treatment was done was very clean and all staff seemed very well trained!

I went to Merus for a screening colonoscopy. As a healthcare professional myself, I sometimes have anxiety when I'm the patient (I guess I've seen too much). However, the staff put all my anxiety to ease. EVERYONE, from the front desk staff to Dr. Moole were excellent! - professional and welcoming. They were running a liitle behind schedule, but the front desk staff was communicative and let us know. The process was well organized, each step was explained, I was very pleased with how thorough the Anesthesiologist was in reviewing my history, the nursing staff was great and Dr. Moole explained my results right after the proceedure. It was a very good experience. Many thanks to the entire team. - Monique

Today I went back to the georgia endoscopy surgical center foe an endoscopy. From checkin to check out the staff were very efficient friendly and kind. They made me feel very secure and safe.
Dr Moole is a very thorough and communicative person. She takes time to answer any questions. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Doctor Moore and georgia endoscopy center in Alpharetta if you need a procedure.

This was my first time at Merus with Dr. Moole and her team. I can tell you that I am out of words for explaining the high level of concept I have for every single staff member here. My deepest of respects, gratitude, and appreciation goes out to each and everyone from the front desk to the back end. I have never seen such attention, care, order, treatment, cleanliness, organization, and empathetic service from each individual in one same place. Dr. Moole and her team has it all and in full capacity. I could not have been treated better in any other place.
