My experience of being a patient of Dr. Moole and her staff at Merus Gastroenterology has been excellent. From initial appointments, visits, and follow up, I feel this medical practice is well managed and does a great job for their patients.

Dr Moole herself and her team were outstanding in care and expertise! The endoscopy center is clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend them!

I went to Merus for a screening colonoscopy. As a healthcare professional myself, I sometimes have anxiety when I'm the patient (I guess I've seen too much). However, the staff put all my anxiety to ease. EVERYONE, from the front desk staff to Dr. Moole were excellent! - professional and welcoming. They were running a liitle behind schedule, but the front desk staff was communicative and let us know. The process was well organized, each step was explained, I was very pleased with how thorough the Anesthesiologist was in reviewing my history, the nursing staff was great and Dr. Moole explained my results right after the proceedure. Outstanding physician.

The pre op nurse, Ellen was wonderful. She was kind and helpful. The nurse Anethesicist, Kristi was really sweet too. She informed me about what was doing and she would be doing. The only complaint was the front desk, when we arrived, the person was helping someone but never made eye contact with us and kept us waiting for 10 minutes just standing waiting to check in.

Everyone of the staff was so pleasant and friendly. Really made a difference for a nervous patient. I saw the doctor before and after the procedure which was reassuring . The facility for the treatment was done was very clean and all staff seemed very well trained!

I am a new patient. As soon as I explained my health issue the scheduler Mr. Jasper found a spot for me to see Dr. Sumana on the same day. This shows their compassion to help people. All the employees are very courteous and helpful. It is a great facility. Dr. Sumana is very caring and professional.
