I went to Merus for a screening colonoscopy. As a healthcare professional myself, I sometimes have anxiety when I'm the patient (I guess I've seen too much). However, the staff put all my anxiety to ease. EVERYONE, from the front desk staff to Dr. Moole were excellent! - professional and welcoming. They were running a liitle behind schedule, but the front desk staff was communicative and let us know. The process was well organized, each step was explained, I was very pleased with how thorough the Anesthesiologist was in reviewing my history, the nursing staff was great and Dr. Moole explained my results right after the proceedure. It was a very good experience. Many thanks to the entire team. - Monique

I am a new patient. As soon as I explained my health issue the scheduler Mr. Jasper found a spot for me to see Dr. Sumana on the same day. This shows their compassion to help people. All the employees are very courteous and helpful. It is a great facility. Dr. Sumana is very caring and professional.

Great experience. Professional and friendly staff

She was great, very thorough. Explained everything to my understanding. And her staff, the nurses, were awesome. Only thing, my appointment was at 12, had to be there at 11, but didn’t get into the colonoscopy room until 1. Next time, I’ll try to get an earlier appointment. But I would highly recommend her.

Everything was smooth, all the personnel were nice, they explained all the procedures they were going to do, in general I recommend Dr. Moole and Merus facility

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish.

The staff was very professional and nice.

The pre op nurse, Ellen was wonderful. She was kind and helpful. The nurse Anethesicist, Kristi was really sweet too. She informed me about what was doing and she would be doing. The only complaint was the front desk, when we arrived, the person was helping someone but never made eye contact with us and kept us waiting for 10 minutes just standing waiting to check in.

I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Moole and was very impressed. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The procedure went smoothly, and her team was supportive. Dr. Moole's expertise and care were evident throughout.

I was very well assisted by Paola (Medical Assistant), all the nurses, and Dr. Moole, who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. The entire process, from the initial evaluation to the procedure, was handled in a very organized and smooth manner. I felt safe and well cared for throughout the entire experience.
